24-Year-Old Allegedly Ragged In Medical College In Pune
Pune, 16th December 2022: In a private medical college, ragging is said to have occurred against a 24-year-old student from Hyderabad.
When the victim’s father, a nephrologist, approached the college administration and spoke with the other students, the incident was made public late on Thursday night. The 24-year-old boy graduated from a medical school in Telangana with an undergraduate degree in medicine (MBBS). Two months ago, he enrolled at a medical school in Pimpri Chinchwad to pursue a master’s degree.
The student’s father explained that he is worried for his son as he seems physically unwell and mentally down. He further said that the professor “downright denied” the claim when he was approached regarding the issue.
