249 families get a permanent home with good facilities at Hirabaug Business centre
Pune, March 10, 2019: One of the ambitious Slum Rehabilitation project in central Pune taken up by the Sable Sanjivani Group has been successfully completed. The project known as Hirabaug Business Centre that has been built at Hirabaug Chawk, Near Tilak Road, in Shukravar Peth is now ready to welcome 249 families which have been rehabilitated to a plush new building.
Nitin Govind Sable from the Sable Sanjeevani Group handed over the keys to all those 249 families to whom this new building would be a home now in a ceremonious way today. Sakhare Maharaj and Sadanand More, renowned Writer, were also present on the occasion today.
Sharing the information about the project Nitin Sable said, “The project has 249 flats and 80 commercial units. The flats are uniformly sized of 270 square feet having one room, kitchen, washroom and a dry balcony.”
“It is our first project under SRA. We at Sable Sanjivani Group, believe in core values like quality, reliability and integrity. We believe that it is important to help each one from the underprivileged group to excel and bring them to the mainstream. We are going to work towards the betterment of the population living in slums by facilitating skill training, healthcare, education and healthy environment. We know our responsibility towards the society and we always try our best to stand by our principles.”, He added.
