4 yr old girl sexually abused in school bus by driver
Pune – In a shocking incident, a four year old girl was allegedly sexually abused in school bus by the driver.
Pune police have identified the arrested driver as Dinesh Bhintade (30). An FIR in this regard has been lodged with Kondhwa police station.
The incident took place between January 21 and 23. The accused would take the girl on the back seat and abuse, molest her. He also threatened to put her in the dark room if she told anyone about the incident.
Police have charged the accused for offences under sections 377 (unnatural sexual offences), 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and sections 4,6,12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
