Minister Patil emphasized that the social welfare department should collaborate with the taluka-level system to conduct direct inspections and determine the priority of works in Dalit settlements. “If infrastructure development has already been carried out in these areas, consideration should be given to allocating funds for personal benefit schemes and skill development programs for both women and men,” said Minister Patil.

A review of electricity development works was also conducted, focusing on MSEDCL’s Baramati Mandal, Pune Rural Mandal, and Pune City. The minister urged for the acceleration of works, including the installation of new poles, power lines, and increasing transformer capacity. He also stressed that these works should be coordinated with the Municipal Corporation.
