Maharashtra Board Releases Online Admit Cards for Class 12 Exams Starting February 11

Pune, 10th January 2025: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has announced that admit cards for the Class 12 board exams scheduled for February-March 2025 will be available online starting today. Schools and junior colleges have been directed to print the admit cards and distribute them to students without charging any additional fee.

Devidas Kulal, Secretary of the State Board, shared the information through a press release. The Class 12 written examinations will be conducted from February 11 to March 18, commencing earlier than in previous years. Kulal emphasized that the admit cards can be accessed on the State Board’s official website: www.mahahsscboard.in.

Instructions for Admit Card Distribution
Printing and Distribution: Schools and colleges must print the admit cards and ensure their timely distribution to students. No additional charges are to be levied.
Defective Photographs: In cases where the photograph on the admit card is defective, the school or college must paste a correct photograph, stamp it, and have it signed by the headmaster or principal.
Lost Admit Cards: If a student misplaces their admit card, the institution must issue a second copy, clearly marked as “Second Copy” in red ink.

Corrections in Admit Cards
Kulal also outlined procedures for correcting errors in the admit cards, such as name, mother’s name, or date of birth:

Online Corrections: Corrections must be submitted online to the respective sectional board for approval. A correction fee is applicable.
Revised Admit Cards: Once approved by the sectional board, the updated admit card will be available for download.
Changes in Subjects or Medium: For corrections involving subject or medium changes, schools or colleges must follow the existing protocol by contacting the sectional board directly.
