Bhosari, 13th August 2025: Passengers on a PMPML bus traveling from Bhosari to Hinjawadi Phase 3 expressed frustration after being made to wait outside for an extended period as the bus doors remained closed. Commuters claimed that such delays have become a regular occurrence.

Several passengers said they were forced to wait too long before boarding, and in some cases, were asked to take another bus. They demanded that doors be opened at least 30 minutes before departure, particularly during peak hours, to allow boarding from both doors and ease crowding.

Some commuters also alleged rude behavior from the driver and conductor. One passenger claimed that the conductor asked people to leave the bus, saying it was going to “Big Park” instead.

When contacted, PMPML officials clarified that bus doors are opened only shortly before departure and not 30 minutes in advance. They explained that after completing a route, buses are parked until their next scheduled trip.

Regular passengers, however, argue that the current practice leads to unnecessary inconvenience and crowding. They have urged PMPML to review its boarding policy to ensure smoother travel.
