Indian Cake Awards 2025: Celebrating India’s Finest Cake and Confectionery Talent
Mumbai, 18th September 2025: The Indian Cake Awards (ICA), India’s first dedicated platform honoring excellence in the cake and confectionery industry, hosted its 4th edition on 13th September 2025 at Flags Banquet Hall, Lokhandwala, Andheri, Mumbai. Established in 2019, ICA continues to recognize creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit, bringing together leading artists and participants from across the country.
Organized by Rosie Mazumdar, Khushi Malani, and Prachi Dhabal Deb (internationally acclaimed cake artist and 3-time World Record Holder who also serves as Head Judge and Advisory Board Member), the event has grown into one of the most prestigious platforms in the industry.
The evening witnessed the presentation of several distinguished awards, including the highly coveted League of Legends Award, conferred upon Prachi Dhabal Deb, Romana Jaseel, and Sami J. Ramachandran for their iconic contributions to the world of cake artistry. Other notable categories celebrated included Cake Influencer of the Year
Was given to Aditi Garware Excellence in Patisserie Arts was given to Chef Divya Saraf and Industry Icon to Anna Austin , Hero award Swati Jain, Buttercream award Roshni Shukla, NRI/ Overseas Indian Artist of the Year-Hemu Basu
honoring individuals who are shaping the future of the industry through artistry, education, and innovation.
The 2025 edition also recognized emerging talents and entrepreneurs who are redefining India’s cake culture with fresh ideas and extraordinary craftsmanship. The celebration highlighted the industry’s growth, community spirit, and international recognition.
With each passing year, the Indian Cake Awards continues to strengthen its position as the premier platform for celebrating artistry, dedication, and vision in the cake and confectionery space.
