CDSL IPF conducts investor awareness initiative ‘Empowering Our Protectors’ for police personnel in Pune
Pune, 12th December 2025: The CDSL Investor Protection Fund (CDSL IPF) under its flagship initiative, Empowering Our Protectors, has successfully conducted investor awareness programs for police personnel at Pune, Maharashtra.
This investor education initiative aimed to simplify key capital market concepts and provide practical insights to empower participants to make informed financial decisions. The expert speaker addressed a range of key topics, including the fundamentals and functions of the securities market, the role of depositories, and the importance of conducting proper due diligence when transacting in the securities market.
The program placed emphasis on fraud-prevention mechanisms and capital market safety protocols. Officers were briefed on common red flags, responsible investing practices, and the regulatory safeguards instituted to protect investors.
