Pune Adds a New Poolside Dining Address in Viman Nagar

Pune, 15th December 2025: Novotel Pune has launched Soak, a new poolside bar, expanding the hotel’s food and beverage offerings with a space focused on open-air dining, grilled cuisine, and infused cocktails.
Located alongside the hotel’s outdoor pool, Soak is designed as a day-to-evening venue. While afternoons position it as a relaxed, sunlit lounge, evenings bring a more social setting with subdued lighting and curated music, catering to both informal meetings and leisure gatherings.
The menu centres on a Global Grills concept, drawing on popular Indian and international grilling traditions. The offering includes kebabs, tandoori preparations, coastal-style grills, and live counters, with meats, seafood, and vegetables prepared over fire-led techniques. The emphasis remains on robust flavours and straightforward, grill-forward cooking.
Alongside the food, Soak introduces a house-infusion–based cocktail programme. Branded as “Soaked” cocktails, the drinks are built around infused spirits, botanicals, and seasonal ingredients, prepared over time rather than mixed on demand.
Commenting on the launch, Anant Leekha, General Manager, Novotel Pune, said the idea was to create a space that combined relaxed outdoor dining with a focused food and beverage identity, suited to both quiet evenings and social occasions.
With its poolside setting and grill-centric menu, Soak adds to Viman Nagar’s growing cluster of hospitality destinations, reflecting the city’s increasing demand for open-air, experience-driven dining formats.
