Mundhwa Land Row: Sheetal Tejwani Accuses Parth Pawar’s Amadea Enterprises of Misleading Court; Seeks Perjury Proceedings in Pune
Pune, 14th February 2026: In a significant development regarding the dispute over prime land in Mundhwa, Sheetal Tejwani, the accused in the case, has moved the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune, seeking the immediate dismissal of the suit filed by Amadea Enterprises LLP.
Tejwani, who is currently in judicial custody, has accused the firm of suppressing material facts and fabricating a false narrative to shift blame onto her.
The application, filed under Section 379 read with Section 215 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, alleges that Amadea Enterprises and its designated partner, Digvijay Amarsinh Patil, have approached the court with “unclean hands.”
“Conduit, Not Mastermind”
Tejwani’s application contends that she was merely a “constituted conduit” acting strictly under the instructions of the developer. She claims the firm is attempting to use her as a scapegoat to shield itself from scrutiny after the transaction regarding the land at Survey No. 88, Village Mundhwa, attracted public attention.
The application states, “The Amadea asserted dominion… so long as the transaction promised commercial gain… but has conveniently disowned its own acts and sought to fasten the entire onus of blame upon Tejwani.”
Suppression of Power of Attorney
A central point of the application is the alleged suppression of a Power of Attorney (PoA) executed in 2021. Tejwani submits that this document gave Amadea Enterprises full authority to deal with government authorities and land records years before the disputed 2025 sale deed. She argues that concealing this document undermines the developer’s claim that they were “induced” or “misled” by her.
Non-Payment of Dues
Tejwani has further revealed that she had already filed a separate suit (Special Civil Suit No. 2213 of 2025) seeking the cancellation of the sale deed dated December 5, 2025, on the grounds that Amadea Enterprises failed to pay the agreed consideration. She alleges that the developer hid this prior litigation to obtain favorable orders.
Action Sought
Terming the developer’s suit as an “abuse of the process of law,” Tejwani has prayed for:
Dismissal of Special Civil Suit No. 2347 of 2025 at the threshold.
Perjury Proceedings against the plaintiff under Sections 227, 228, and other relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, for making false pleadings on oath.
The application was filed through Tejwani’s legal counsel while she remains in judicial custody.
