Pune, 4th March 2026: Pune-based Dr Akshaya Jain, founder of SKINTILLATINGG Clinics and Institute and Chromocosmo Institute of Aesthetics, Trichology and Nutrition (CIATN), has been conferred with the ‘Leader in Aesthetic Medicine and Skill Development’ award at the Advantage Vidarbha 2026 summit held in Nagpur.

The award was presented by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari in recognition of her contributions to aesthetic medicine and structured vocational training.

CIATN is an institute focused on advanced education and hands-on training in aesthetics and cosmetology. Certified by the Government of India, the institute offers programmes designed to equip doctors, nursing professionals and therapists with practical skills required to pursue careers in cosmetology and allied fields.

Advantage Vidarbha 2026 served as a platform highlighting entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership across sectors, bringing together industry stakeholders and policymakers.
Apart from academic programmes, CIATN provides internship opportunities, placement assistance and business development guidance.

According to the institute, graduates can seek opportunities in aesthetic clinics, dermatology centres, hair restoration facilities and wellness clinics, or start independent practices.

Industry observers say structured, skill-based training aligned with government standards can enhance employability and professional credibility, particularly in emerging areas such as aesthetic medicine. Institutions offering regulated, practice-oriented courses reflect the growing focus on skill development within India’s health and wellness sector.

The award recognises Dr Jain’s work in clinical practice as well as her role in training professionals in the aesthetics domain.

Admissions for upcoming CIATN batches are open, with the institute announcing limited-period benefits for select courses.
