Petrol, Diesel Prices Hiked in Pune by up to Rs 3 per Litre; New Rates Effective Today

Pune, 15th May 2026: Fuel prices in Pune have been increased from today, with petrol, diesel, and premium petrol variants witnessing a rise of over ₹3 per litre. The revision has been confirmed by the Pune Petrol Dealers Association.
According to the revised rates, petrol has increased by ₹3.16 per litre, while diesel is costlier by ₹3.10 per litre. IOC’s premium petrol variant XP95 has also gone up by ₹3.14 per litre. The revised prices apply across all major oil marketing companies, including Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL).
With the latest revision, the previous day’s rates stood at ₹103.82 per litre for petrol, ₹90.35 per litre for diesel, ₹160.00 per litre for XP100, and ₹112.85 per litre for XP95.
The rate hike has been confirmed by Dhruv Ruparel, President of the Pune Petrol Dealers Association.
Fuel prices in India are revised daily in line with international crude oil movements and domestic pricing formulas, often resulting in frequent fluctuations in retail fuel rates across cities including Pune.
