Pimpri-Chinchwad, 19th June 2026: Marking International Yoga Day, Vidyasharanam Pranic Studio will organise a special session titled “From Stress to Success – Manifestation Through Yoga & Meditation” on June 21 at Acharya Atre Rangmandir in Pimpri.

The programme, scheduled from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, aims to promote a stress-free and balanced lifestyle by fostering harmony between the body and mind. The event is open to all citizens aged 16 years and above, with organisers expecting around 500 participants to join the collective meditation experience.

The session will be led by Leena Khanke, a certified Pranic Healer, senior Pranic Healing trainer and holistic life coach. She will offer guidance on stress management, meditation practices, enhancing positive energy and achieving personal and professional success through the power of manifestation.

The event will be attended by Mayor Ravi Landge and Bhavana Ambudkar, Innovation Officer at Symbiosis International University, Pune.

According to the organisers, the programme has been designed to address the growing challenges of stress, mental fatigue and emotional imbalance in today’s fast-paced and highly competitive world. Participants will learn how yoga and meditation can help improve emotional well-being, develop inner stability and create a more fulfilling life.

The session will feature guided meditation, collective meditation and practical stress-management techniques aimed at supporting overall wellness.

Sakshi Jain, founder of Vidyasharanam Pranic Studio, appealed to citizens to participate in the event and experience the benefits of yoga and meditation.

“Yoga and meditation are not merely tools for improving physical health; they are a way of life that creates stability at a deeper level of the mind. In today’s fast-moving and competitive world, we often lose our inner peace while chasing external success. Yoga and meditation help us reconnect with ourselves, calm the mind and bring clarity to our thoughts,” Jain said.

She added that a calm and centred mind improves decision-making, strengthens relationships and positively influences professional outcomes.

“True success lies not only in external achievements but also in inner fulfilment and balance. Every individual should dedicate a few moments each day to themselves, their breath and their inner silence. Once inner peace is attained, the outer world appears more beautiful, harmonious and full of opportunities,” she said.
