Pune: MHADA to Conduct Lottery For 792 Flats in Tathawade Housing Project On June 25
Pune, 24th June 2026: The Pune Housing and Area Development Board of MHADA will conduct a computerized lottery for 792 flats under its Tathawade Phase-II housing scheme on June 25. The draw will be held at 12.30 pm at the Bharat Ratna Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Hall in the board’s office at Agarkar Nagar, Pune.
The lottery will be conducted by Pune Board Chairman Shivajirao Adhalrao Patil. MHADA officials said 1,422 applications have been received for the 792 flats on offer.
Of the total units, 24 flats have been reserved for the Lower Income Group (LIG) category, while 768 flats are available under the Middle Income Group (MIG) category.
The LIG flats are priced between Rs 46 lakh and Rs 47 lakh and have a carpet area ranging from 75.96 sq m to 77.99 sq m. The MIG flats are priced between Rs 64.5 lakh and Rs 65.5 lakh, with carpet areas ranging from 89.15 sq m to 91.18 sq m.
According to MHADA, the housing project is equipped with a range of modern amenities, including free four-wheeler parking for each flat, a swimming pool, indoor games area, children’s play zone, solar on-grid system, EV charging facilities, clubhouse, open gym and rainwater harvesting infrastructure.
Located along the Mumbai-Pune highway, the project has completed around 80 per cent of its construction work and is expected to attract significant interest from homebuyers in the Pune metropolitan region.
