411 Founders Club Emerges as One of Pune’s Fastest Growing Founder Communities
Pune, 30th July 2026: In just six months, 411 Founders Club has grown from an idea into one of Pune’s most active and rapidly growing founder communities, creating a high-trust platform for entrepreneurs, investors, operators, creators and business leaders to connect, exchange experiences and learn from one another. Founded with the belief that strong startup ecosystems are built through meaningful relationships rather than transactional networking, 411 Founders Club has brought together the next generation of entrepreneurs through carefully curated, conversation-led experiences.
411 Founders Club is co-founded by Devyani Pawar and Pawan Rochwani to create a space for thoughtful and honest conversations among entrepreneurs.
In its first six months, 411 has hosted eight curated Founder Editions across Pune, received more than 7,000 founder registrations and built an active community of over 600 founders, operators, creators and business leaders. The community has also developed access to one of Pune’s most valuable founder and operator networks.
The community brings together entrepreneurs at different stages of their journeys, including early-stage founders, growth-stage startups, venture-backed entrepreneurs, legacy business leaders, second-generation entrepreneurs, investors, operators and creators. Together, they represent a diverse range of sectors including artificial intelligence, SaaS, technology, fintech, edtech, manufacturing, D2C and consumer brands, food and hospitality, healthcare, climate, agri-tech, real estate, media and marketing, the creator economy and sustainability.

The founders of 411 identified a gap between conventional networking opportunities and the need for high-trust conversations about the real challenges of building a company. 411 was created to enable founders to share experiences, perspectives and lessons that can help others build with greater clarity and confidence.
Building on the success of its community, 411 is now expanding its vision to make the experiences and lessons behind successful businesses accessible to a wider audience. The organisation is working on two new intellectual properties, Founders Lab and Legacy Table, conceptualized by Devyani Pawar
Founders Lab will take audiences behind the scenes of companies shaping India, exploring the founder’s journey, the decisions that shaped the business, the challenges overcome, company culture, workplace environments and the lessons founders wish they had known earlier. Legacy Table will bring together two or three generations from respected Indian business families for candid conversations on entrepreneurship, leadership, succession, innovation, family values and legacy.
Through these initiatives, 411 aims to make entrepreneurial experience and knowledge more accessible to founders, builders and aspiring entrepreneurs. Its larger vision is to document not just the outcomes behind successful businesses, but also the decisions, challenges, systems and values that made those outcomes possible.
