Pimpri-Chinchwad: Girl Run Over by Car While Playing Inside Housing Society, CCTV Captures Incident
Pimpri-Chinchwad, 9th August 2026: A young girl sustained serious injuries after she was allegedly run over by a four-wheeler while playing inside a housing society in Sector 12, Bhosari, on Thursday night. The incident was captured on the society’s CCTV cameras.
The incident reportedly occurred at around 10 pm on August 7. According to preliminary information, the child was playing within the society premises when the vehicle entered the area and collided with her.
The girl was injured in the impact and was rushed to a private hospital for treatment. She is currently undergoing medical care, according to preliminary information.
CCTV footage from the society reportedly shows the vehicle moving towards the area before the child came under its wheels. The footage is expected to help investigators establish how the accident occurred.
