Salman was strongly against his father’s second marriage, didn’t speak to Helen for years

Mumbai, February 2, 2021: Salman Khan is immensely close to his mother, Salma Khan, aka Susheela Charak, as well as his stepmother, Helen. His love for the two most important women in his life is evident in his affection towards both. Here, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, he shared an adorable picture of his two mothers. However, Salman Khan and his stepmother Helen did not always have such a relationship. Salman Khan’s father, Salim Khan, and Helen married in 1980. Actually, Salim Khan and Sushila Charak were married in 1964. They both have three sons, Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan, and Sohail Khan. Sushila Charak and her three sons were completely against the father’s second marriage at that time. Susheela had been in depression for several months even after her husband’s marriage to Helen. Not only this, Salman Khan and his two brothers did not speak with Helen for many years.

However, with time the relationship improved; the children and Salma saw themselves inching closer to Helen. Currently, both of Salman Khan’s mothers live in the same house. They are known to share a sisterly bond. In the current era, Salman Khan is very close to Helen much like he is to his mother Salma.

Salman Khan’s family is a secular family in its true sense. When Salman Khan attends Ganapati Bappa festival, he also celebrates Eid. Salman Khan shares an incredible bond with both his mothers.
