Pune: Man Kills Wife For Giving Birth To Baby Girl
Maval, 28 August 2021: A 20-year-old woman was killed by her husband who frequently fought for giving birth to a girl child. The incident took place in Shirgaon.
The deceased has been identified as Changuna Yogesh Jadhav. So, the accused husband’s name is Yogesh Kailas Jadhav and he has a daughter.
According to police, Changuna and Yogesh were married for the last four years. All was going well till she gave birth to a baby girl. Yogesh wanted a son. He used to quarrel as he had a daughter and no son.
Today morning, Changuna was washing clothes when Yogesh strangled her to death. Neighbours heard about the incident and immediately informed the Shirgaon police.
Police have arrested the accused Yogesh.
