Mumbai, November 3, 2020: Bollywood actor Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan is very active on social media. She is often in the news due to her bold photos. A few days ago Ira came in the news because of the revelation of her ongoing depression.
On 10 October, on World Mental Health Day, Ira shared a video on her social media account Instagram, in which she revealed that she has been in depression for four years. She is also undergoing treatment and is much better now. At the same time, now Ira has made another serious revelation about her life.
Ira has again shared a video on her Instagram account in which she is referring to the good and bad events that happened to her. Ira has told everything in the video and has described different incidents of her life which made her cry or made her strong. Along with this, in the video, Ira also talks about her parents’ divorce.
In a shocking revelation, Ira told in the video that she was physically abused when she was 14 years old. Because she was younger then, she did not know what the person was doing. It took a year to understand what that was all about and what the man’s intentions were.
“After this, I told my parents about the incident and then things slowly recovered. However, later I got angry thinking about how I allowed this to happen, but then what had to happen, happened”, said Ira.
Ira has told in this video that many people ask her why she is in depression. However, she does not even know the answer herself. According to Ira despite being divorced, her parents are still good friends, her friends are very good, she has no money problems, but despite all this, she is in depression.
