Ajeenkya DY Patil University offers Innovative Liberal Arts Program in collaboration with University of South Carolina Aiken

8 AUG 2019, PUNE : Ajeenkya DY Patil University (ADYPU) and the University of South Carolina Aiken (USC Aiken) have announced a joint academic collaboration to offer the unique Liberal Arts Program—which will foster and promote multidisciplinary knowledge exchange between students & faculty of both universities.

The collaboration will facilitate ADYPU students to study the same curriculum as USC Aiken here in India and for those willing students to be able to transfer to USC Aiken after their second year with no loss of time or credits.

Through this Bachelors Program, ADYPU students will gain global immersive experiences in history, literature, politics, media, law, business and cultural studies. Students will benefit from the rich history of academic excellence of USCA and will help them achieve distinction.

A liberal arts education helps achieve intellectual fearlessness, it develops an ability to comprehend the complex, dynamic and infinite socio-cultural and economic nuances, and it further builds an ability to perform critical thinking at each step in one’s life and career.

Ajeenkya DY Patil University offers a unique liberal arts program, which is designed to provide the students with a ground to generate innovative ideas and turn them into creative thinkers who understand major topics of global and national importance and who are capable of solving dynamic problems of the contemporary world.
