An enchanting night of Ghazals organised in Pune
Pune, 23rd January 2023: I Excel Community Foundation had organised a Ghazal Night with Talat Aziz. IECF works for underprivileged, marginalised women and youth. Parag Joshi and Vijay Pardeshi, founders of the organisation, work to provide sustainable livelihood opportunities to such needy people by providing them with skill education, employment. In the introduction, Parag Joshi said that the organisation has been established with the aim of empowering the underprivileged community through skill forums about government and private social benefit schemes. Ghazal program was organised by the IECF to announce their upcoming projects Lakshya, Eklavya and Rhythm.
Talat Aziz mesmerised the audience by performing his famous filmy as well as non-filmy ghazals. Phir Chhidi Raat.., Aaj Jaane Ki Jid Na Karo.., Zindagi Jab Bhi Teri Bazm Mein.. One after the other, the program was filled with beautiful ghazal songs mesmerised an Audience.He was accompanied by Jeetu Shankar – Tabla, Akhlaq Hussain Warsi – Harmonium, Iqbal Warsi – Violin, Ajay Soni – Keyboard, Devendra Bharti – Drums and Percussion, Sushant Sharma – Guitar. On this occasion, Talat Aziz expressed his feelings. He said that the audience in Pune is awesome and the way they appreciate the performance, makes me more happy to perform in Pune.
Senior violinist Pt. Atulkumar Upadhyay, guitarist Prateek Rajkumar were present in the program. The show was hosted by Namrata Sarada.
