After four years in pharma sales, he transitioned to medical devices, where he has spent more than 16 years managing successful initiatives. Since 2016, he has focused on growing his own business, driving innovation and growth. With a vision to bridge the gap between product quality and company promises in the beauty industry, Shriram is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions that meet consumer needs. Q1: What motivated you to transition from pharmaceuticals and medical devices to the beauty industry, and how has your background influenced your approach at Enroot?
My experience in pharmaceuticals and medical devices provided me with a strong foundation in science-backed formulations, quality control, and regulatory standards. Enroot was born by bridging the gap between beauty and science, offering premium, research-driven skincare and haircare solutions that deliver results.
