August Kranti Day
On the occasion of August Kranti Day (observed to remember historic Quit India Movement ) several people gathered at the memorial outside the#YerwadaCentralJail, Pune, to pay tribute to freedom fighters who were lodged here during the freedom struggle. Milind Gaikwad, president of Shrimant Chhatrapati Raje Pratishthan organised the event on 9th August Sunday.
