Bar Council Of India To Likely Declare AIBE17 Results By Next Week
New Delhi, 3rd March 2023: At the end of the next week, the Bar Council of India (BCI) will publish the results of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE XVII) online. Once they meet the minimum score requirements for AIBE, candidates who took the exam will be eligible to get COP.
Steps to Download results:
• Click on the link provided for the result on the homepage.
• Enter the roll number and DOB in the login window.
• The qualifying status of AIBE 17 will appear on the screen.
• Download the Page.
“The time from the last date of the All India Bar exam held on October 31, 2021, until April 2023, by which time the result of the next AIBE is likely to be declared, is hereby exempted from being counted as a necessary time from the date of enrollment as an advocate for clearing AIBE,” according to a notice from the BCI dated December 30, 2022.
The AIBE 17 answer key 2023 was successively made public, and applicants had until February 20 to file complaints. The council had previously said that AIBE results will be released after February 20; however, the date of the 2023 AIBE findings has not yet been formally published.
On February 5, 2023, AIBE (XVII) 17 was held for attorneys (or recent law graduates) who have not yet received the Certificate of Practice (COP).
