‘Become Slimmer’ -Deputy CM Ajit Pawar Humorously Advises Pimpri Chinchwad Police Officer
Pimpri Chinchwad, 3rd June 2022: At a program of inauguration of projects and activities and awards ceremony, Maharashtra state Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar handed over upgraded state-of-the-art bikes to firefighters and police for patrols in the main building of the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC).
Deputy CM Ajit Pawar is known for his disciplined nature and in addition to it, he is also aware of physical fitness as well. This was shown at a program in Pimpri Chinchwad recently. In front of Commissioner of Police Ankush Shinde, Ajit Pawar humorously advised the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) to lose some weight and be fit.
During the program, DCP Kakasaheb Dole had come on stage as the representative to accept the key. While handing over the keys, Pawar looked at him and humorously advised him to lose weight.
After DCP Dole walked off the stage with the keys, Pawar continued with the matter of fitness further with the Commissioner of Police. He also reminded him that he started a fitness allowance for the police during the tenure of home minister late RR Patil to keep the police force fit.
Police Commissioner Ankush Shinde, NCP city president Ajit Gawhane and municipal officials were present on stage with Deputy CM Ajit Pawar during the occasion.
