Big Box Office Clashes In 2021: Box Office Will Clash, Hollywood Films To Give Tough Competition

New Delhi, February 22, 2021: The release dates of all the stalled films in 2021 are being declared post-break due to the Corona virus outbreak in the year 2020. The release date of more than two dozen films has been announced so far in the last few days. These include films which are in South Indian languages, but are being released simultaneously in Hindi. At the same time, Hollywood films are going to get a strong challenge at the box office this year, due to which big conflicts are expected this year.
The first major collision of 2021 is scheduled to take place on Eid. Salman Khan Starrer film ‘Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai’ and John Abraham’s ‘Satyamev Jayate 2’ will be released on Eid. Both are action films. ‘Radhey’ is directed by Prabhudheva, while ‘Satyamev Jayate 2’ is directed by Milap Zaveri, who also directed its prequel.
28 May
Followed by Eid, the second major clash in May will be between Akshay Kumar and Vin Diesel. Akshay’s film ‘Bell Bottom’ will hit theaters on May 28, with the highly popular Hollywood franchise film ‘Fast and Furious 9’ releasing. The film stars Vin Diesel as the lead character.
4 June
The Kabir Khan-directed sports film ‘83’ was scheduled to release in April last year, but due to the epidemic, it is being released this year. Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Pankaj Tripathi will be seen in the lead roles in the film, which will mark the first World Cup victory of Indian cricket. ‘83’ will be challenged by ‘The Conjuring 3’, the third part of the box office horror franchise Conjuring.
2 July
The contest between the three films is scheduled for July 2. Siddharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani’s film ‘Sher Shah’ will be released. ‘Sher Shah’ is the biopic of Captain Vikram Batra, while ‘Major’ featuring Sandeep Unnikrishnan’s Life shall be released on the same day. ‘Major’ is a Telugu film, which will also be released in Hindi. The duo will be faced with the release of the Hollywood film ‘Top Gun’, Starring Mission Impossible’s lead actor Tom Cruise.
Independence Day
No Hindi film was announced, which has now been claimed by John Abraham. John has announced the release of his film ‘Attack’. In ‘Attack’, Jacqueline Fernandes and Rakul Preet will appear alongside John in important roles. The film is directed by Lakshya Raj Anand. It will be up against Allu Arjun’s Telugu film ‘Pushpa’, which will be released in Hindi as well.
Dussehra
On October 13, ‘RRR’ is being released on the occasion of Dussehra. Directed by SS Rajamouli, the film stars Ram Charan Teja and NTR Jr. in lead roles, while Ajay Devgan and Alia Bhatt will appear in special roles. On October 15, Ajay Devgan’s sports biopic ‘Maidaan’ will be released against ‘RRR’.
Diwali
Another big contest of the year will be on Diwali on 5 November Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chillar’s ‘Prithviraj’ and Shahid Kapoor Starrer sports film ‘Jersey’, will be face to face.
