Muzaffarpur, September 11, 2020: A social activist has filed case against the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Uddhav Thackeray, and Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut in Muzaffarpur’s CJM Court for allegedly threatening film actress Kangana Ranaut. This case has been registered for the alleged threatening language used against Kangana. Activist M Raju Nayyar has filed the private complaint in court.

After her office was demolished, the film actress tweeted a video targeting CM Uddhav Thackeray. In this Kangana is saying, “Your father’s good deeds can give you wealth, but you have to earn respect, you will shut my mouth, my voice, but after me there will be voices in millions, how many mouths will you shut?” How many voices will you stop? Till when you will run away from the truth, you are nothing but a sample of dynasty.

Kangana had earlier targeted Sanjay Raut in his tweet and said that Sanjay Raut has openly threatened me and said that I should not come back to Mumbai. First the streets of Mumbai shouted freedom slogans and now there is an open threat. Why does this Mumbai look like Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK)?

After this statement, Shiv Sena IT Cell lodged a complaint against Kangana at Shree Nagar Police Station in Thane for comparing Mumbai with PoK. Subramanian Swamy tweeted, ‘On what basis does the Maharashtra government want a treason case registered against Kangana? Which sections of which Act have been implemented? According to my information, the only section is Section 124A of the IPC which is completely unfair to Kangana, which she has done or spoken about.
