Bike Rally Organized In Pune For G-20 Conference, Swami Vivekananda Jayanti, National Youth Day
Pune, 10th January 2023: The city of Pune is being celebrated on the backdrop of the G-20 conference, and preparations are underway on behalf of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC). Various programs are being organized in the city in connection with the meeting of the G-20 Council.
Accordingly, under the joint presence of Pune Municipal Corporation and Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), a bike rally has been organized on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda Jayanti and National Youth Day on 12th January. In the rally, the Municipal Commissioner, Additional Municipal Commissioner (General / Estate / Special), Officers and Staff of Pune Municipal Corporation, Officials, and approximately 2,000 students and volunteers of Pune University will participate.
The bike rally organized by Pune Municipal Corporation and Savitribai Phule Pune University to create public awareness on the occasion of the G-20 Conference will start at 8.00 am. It will start from the College Of Engineering Pune (COEP), through Shivajinagar, behind Shaniwar Wada – Lal Mahal (stop) – HV Desai College – Lele Dispensary Near Shaniwarwada Main Entrance, then taking the road to Pune Municipal Corporation Bridge (Opposite Mangala Theater) – Simla Office, then taking the bridge opposite to Rahul theatre. Participants will use the road to reach Ganeshkhind road to Savitribai Phule Pune University Main Entrance to Botany Department, then behind Main Building (opposite Chemistry Department) – Swami Vivekananda Statue (Stop). It will conclude at 10 am at Sevak Vihar in front of the vice-chancellor’s residence and in front of the girls’ hostel.
