Mumbai 06 April,2024: The action-packed drama film “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, faced a tough battle at the box office on its 25th day of release as Ajay Devgn’s “Maidaan” emerged as the clear winner. “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” directed by Anees Bazmee, initially showed promise with a strong start but struggled to maintain its momentum over the course of three weeks. Despite being released in multiple languages, the film failed to draw audiences to theaters, resulting in a disappointing performance.

On the 25th day, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” (BMCM) managed to earn a meager 7 lakh INR in the Hindi language, highlighting its declining popularity among viewers. With a worldwide collection of 108 crores INR, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” has seen success in various regions. However, its India net collection stands at 63.75 crores INR, indicating a significant drop in domestic earnings.

The movie’s overseas collection amounts to 33 crores INR, while it garnered 35 crores INR in Tamil and 28 crores INR in Telugu. Despite its release in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” has struggled to maintain its box office performance outside of the Hindi market. In comparison, “Maidaan” has effortlessly dominated the domestic box office, overshadowing “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” with its strong reception from audiences.

The disappointing performance of “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” on its 25th day reflects the challenges it faces in sustaining viewer interest and competing against other successful releases. As the battle for box office supremacy continues, “Maidaan” remains a formidable contender, showcasing the power of engaging storytelling and star power in captivating audiences.
The struggles faced by “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” highlight the competitive nature of the film industry and the importance of delivering compelling content to capture audience attention and drive box office success.
