“In today’s competitive world, it is very important to focus on branding. Due to branding and marketing, there are lot of international companies that have entered in our country post globalization, so if we want to be strong in these fields, we will have to be professionally competitive,” said, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) commissioner Shravan Hardikar.

He was speaking at inauguration of first edition of ‘Water World’ quarterly magazine of Bhosari based company named ‘WTE Infra Project Private Ltd. The function held at Auto Cluster, Chinchwad. PCMC environment cell executive engineer Sanjay Kulkarni, mayor Nitin Landge, MLA Mahesh Landge, corporator Seema Savale, BJP activist Sarang Kamthekar, company founder Ashok Kulkarni, directors Prasad Kulkarni, Vinod Bhole, Rangnath Ranpise, Nitin Ghadge and all employees were present in function.

Hardikar further added, “ I am very happy WTE infra Project Pvt Ltd made an attempt to launch its own ‘Water World’ magazine with its special edition of WTE’s journey in ‘Reaching New Heights’. It will definitely inspire the other companies.”

Hardikar said, “I am an instrumentation engineer myself, so I know about the need and the importance of water treatment and the effort and technicality involved in it. In this sector too there are big companies, but one organization that started small and is here in a sustained manner is really great.”

He said, “Professionalism is itself an attitude and the aim of the organization. In India, it is only this one aspect to which we don’t give as much importance. If we and our companies want to reach to an international level the only values needed is professionalism and quality. Professionalism has to be internalized. We work in the government system where we try our best to inculcate professional excellence, but in private and commercial field too, we need to improve. For which there should be cost cutting, using best of the technologies and best automation techniques.”

“In water sewage sector, a lot of new technology is developing using artificial intelligence and robotics a lot of work is happening. In this field, it is also technology that has to be accepted really quick and also updated regularly. Also, we as citizens have to develop a mind set of being able to drink water from STP’s as that tomorrow might become a need. The start to this I think is great. I congratulate the WTE family for reaching till here.”, he added.

Prasad Kulkarni said, “We made an attempt to launch the house magazine not only for the internal communication but to connect the world. It will naturally help to documentation of company. The first edition focused on the successful journey of our company from 200 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft and from five employees to over 300 employees in one and half decade. I am very thankful to the Viha Media team who brought the quarterly magazine on behalf of our company.”
