CBSE Date Sheet 2021: Education Minister Nishank released CBSE 10th 12th datesheet, see full time table here
New Delhi, February 1, 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today released the datesheet for the 10th and 12th examinations. The examinations will start from May 4. The class 10 examination will end on June 7, while the class 12 examination will end on June 10. This time the exams of class 12 will be in two shifts. The morning shift exam will run from 10.30 am to 01.30 pm and the afternoon shift exam will run from 2.30 pm to 5:30 pm.
School staff engaged in morning shift will not be employed in afternoon shift. Practical exams usually take place in January and written exams begin in February and end in March. But this time the examination has been delayed in view of the Covid-19 epidemic.

On 28 January 2021, Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank had said in a communication with CBSE School Principals that the board will release the entire schedule of classes 10th and 12th on February 2, 2021. Examinations of all subjects will be conducted.
CBSE has said that all schools have to complete practical exams / projects / internal assessment before the date when the exams of that class are coming to an end.
CBSE has said that from time to time, information related to the examination will be given on the official website. Information available on any other platform, including social media, should not be considered correct unless that information is available on the board’s website.
The CBSE examinations will be conducted as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Health. The Union Education Minister has said that on the basis of consultation, guidelines will be prepared which will be further decided by the Ministry of Health as well as the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Last year CBSE exam and results at a glance
Last year, about 18 lakh students appeared in the 10th examination and about 12 lakh students in the 12th examination. A total of 91.46 per cent passed the examination in class X and 88.78 per cent students in class XII. CBSE also announces the toppers of class 10th and 12th every year, but the board did not announce the toppers due to corona epidemic in the 2020 examination. Due to the Corona epidemic, many papers could not be done.
