CBSE Scholarship: Last Date Of Registration For Single Girl Child Scholarship Extended

Pune, December 16, 2020: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the last date of registration for single girl child scholarship. Now students can apply for this scholarship till December 21, 2020. In such a situation, students who have not been able to register for this scholarship for any reason can now register till the last date. Earlier, the last date to apply for this scholarship was December 10, which has now been extended by eleven days.
Apply online
Students can apply online only for this scholarship. Students can register through CBSE’s official website ‘cbse.nic.in’. Students should keep in mind that only those candidates who have passed 10th from CBSE can apply for this scholarship. Also, only a single girl child can apply for this scholarship.
Who can apply?
Only children of their parents who have passed 10th from CBSE with minimum 60 per cent marks can apply for this. Also, the benefit of this scholarship will be available only to students who are studying 11th-12th from a CBSE school. Apart from this, the monthly tuition fees during the academic year of that school should not be more than Rs 1500. This scholarship is only for Indian citizens.
