CBSE Sets Up Online Grievance Portal For Class 10th and 12th Students
Delhi, 06 August 2021: Students dissatisfied with the CBSE result can complain to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Through this, students or parents can file objections, who have complaints about less marks being given in class 10th board exam.
The press release issued by the board states that the students are complaining through various means. In such a situation, a policy is being prepared by the board. Under this policy, students can send their complaints through the Board’s website.
Board’s examination controller Sanyam Bhardwaj said that this policy will be implemented from 5 pm on August 6. In this, students will be able to record their complaints. Any complaints received will be reviewed. Only after that any decision will be taken by the board. This will be applicable for both class 10th and 12th.
The responsibility of preparing the result was given to the committee prepared at the school level. Now a committee has also been formed by the board for the grievance cell.
