Central Railway General Manager Inspected Pune Railway Station To Reviewed Ongoing Works
Pune, 14th October 2022: On Friday, Central Railway General Manager Anil Kumar Lahoti inspected the Pune Railway Station. During the inspection he took detailed stock of various passenger amenities including various redevelopment works, yard remodeling and station premises.
He saw the quality of catering items and inquired about the services being provided to the passengers. After this, he held a meeting with the officers of the Headquarters and the Branch Officers of Pune Division and reviewed them by taking information on the ongoing development works, infrastructure works, projects and passenger amenities etc. on the Pune Division.
The necessary assistance from the headquarters was discussed and instructions were given to the concerned departments to complete them.
The General Manager laid special emphasis on speeding up all the works and safety of the passengers. He also released a booklet.
He then, met the migrant organizations along with recognized employees’ organizations and assured them of appropriate action for their demands/suggestions.
Principal Chief Engineer Rajesh Arora, Chief Administrative Officer (Construction) Manoj Sharma, Principal Chief Security Commissioner-cum-IG/RPF Ajay Sadani, Principal Chief Commercial Manager Manijit Singh, Principal Chief Executive Officer (Construction) Manoj Sharma, Divisional Railway Manager Smt. Operations Manager Mukul Jain, Principal Financial Advisor Smt. Manika Jaiswal, Principal Chief Personnel Officer Dr. A. Of. Sinha, Principal Chief Electrical Engineer N. P. Singh, Principal Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer A. Of. Srivastava, Principal Chief Medical Director Dr. Y. S. Ataria, Chief Administrative Officer (Project) Shishir Dutt, Principal Chief Safety Officer D.Y. Naik, Principal Chief Material Manager R. Ale were present during the inspection.
Many officers including Rana, Additional Divisional Railway Manager Brijeshkumar Singh were also present.
