The list is as follows:
• The most-Googled movie in India in 2022 is ‘Brahmastra’, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
• ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ by Yash and Sanjay Dutt follows.
• ‘The Kashmir Files’, one of the most divisive movies of 2022, comes in third.
• SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ is on the fourth number.
• ‘Kantara’, a film by Rishab Shetty, was ranked in the top five.
• The sixth most searched movie online was ‘Pushpa’, starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandana.
• ‘Vikram’, starring Kamal Haasan, came next and went on to become one of the biggest box office successes in Tamil cinema.
• Aamir Khan’s ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is in the eighth spot.
• Ajay Devgn’s ‘Drishyam 2’ ranked ninth on the list.
• ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’, starring Chris Hemsworth comes tenth.
