The conference was designed to be a learning session filled with fun. It had gamut of activities like theatre, interactive workshops, world café, musical drama, game-a-thon, story-telling etc. centred around the topic of leadership.

Pallavi Naik, principal, KHS expressed, “Through this conference we wanted to introduce them to the concept of leadership with a professional perspective to nurture and foster skills for the 21st century. The aim of the conference is to bring students together to develop leadership skills, network with fellow student leaders, share and engage in experiences that will challenge them to develop as a leader. We were so pleased to see all the kids being so engaged and enjoying the conference.”

She further added that as a school KHS always makes sure to inculcate great values amongst the students via different initiatives. “We believe the experience a student gains from leadership role in school is highly valuable as it gives them hands-on experience and mould their perception towards life.”
