Class 12 HSC Results 2025 to be Announced Tomorrow; Over 15 Lakh Students Await Outcome

Pune, 4th May 2025: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education will declare the Class 12 (Higher Secondary Certificate – HSC) results online tomorrow (Monday), May 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM. The results pertain to the exams held in February and March this year across the state’s nine divisional boards—Pune, Nagpur, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur, and Konkan.
This year, a total of 15,05,037 students registered for the exam, including 8,10,348 boys, 6,94,652 girls, and 37 transgender students. The exams were conducted from February 11 to March 18, 2025, at 3,373 exam centers, with 10,550 junior colleges participating across Maharashtra.
Post-Result Services Available Online
Students can access their results on these websites https://results.digilocker.gov.in,
https://mahahsscboard.in and http://hscresult.mkcl.org and will also be able to apply online for verification of marks and photocopies of answer sheets starting Tuesday, May 6, through May 20. This facility applies to core subjects and excludes category-based subjects.
To request a revaluation of answer sheets, students must first obtain a photocopy of their evaluated paper and then apply within five working days from the date of receipt, following the prescribed guidelines and payment procedure.
Supplementary Exams and Improvement Scheme
Students who pass the exam with all subjects in this session will be eligible for the Grade/Grade Improvement Scheme with three attempts: June-July 2025, February-March 2026, and June-July 2026.
For students who need to reappear or upgrade, supplementary exam forms will be available online from Wednesday, May 7, 2025. A separate circular detailing this process will be released soon.
