Coronavirus: 14,152 New Cases In Maharashtra, 20,852 Patients Discharged Today

Mumbai, 4th June 2021: A total of 20,852 patients were discharged and 14,152 new Covid-19 cases were reported in Maharashtra today. Today, 289 COVID-19 deaths reported in the state, Case fatality rate in the state is 1.7%. The current count of COVID19 patients in the state of Maharashtra is 58,05,565 informed State Health Minister Rajesh Tope.

According to the health department, 55,07,058 patients have been cured while the Case fatality rate in the state is 1.7%. As of today, there are 1,96,894 active cases in the state. The recovery rate in the state is 94.86% while the fatality rate in the state is 1.7%. Currently, 14,75,476 people are in home quarantine and 7430 people are in institutional quarantine.

Out of 3,60,31,395 laboratory samples 58,05,565 have been tested positive (16.11%) for COVID-19 until today.
