Coronavirus: 31,855 New Cases In Maharashtra, 95 Deaths

Mumbai, March 24, 2021: A total of 15,098 patients were discharged and 31,855 new Covid-19 cases were reported in Maharashtra today. Today, 95 COVID-19 deaths reported in the state, Case fatality rate in the state is 2.09%. The current count of COVID19 patients in the state of Maharashtra is 25,64,881 informed State Health Minister Rajesh Tope.

According to the health department, 22,62,593 patients have been cured while the Case fatality rate in the state is 2.09%. As of today, there are 2,47,299 active cases in the state. The recovery rate in the state is 88.21% while the fatality rate in the state is 2.09%. Currently, 12,68,094 people are in home quarantine and 13,499 people are in institutional quarantine.

Out of 1,87,25,307 laboratory samples 25,64,881 have been tested positive (13.70 %) for COVID-19 until today.
