Coronavirus: 35,726 New Cases In Maharashtra, 166 Deaths

Mumbai, March 27, 2021: A total of 14,523 patients were discharged and 35,726 new Covid-19 cases were reported in Maharashtra today. Today, 166 COVID-19 deaths reported in the state, Case fatality rate in the state is 2.02%. The current count of COVID19 patients in the state of Maharashtra is 26,73,461 informed State Health Minister Rajesh Tope.

According to the health department, 23,14,579 patients have been cured while the Case fatality rate in the state is 2.02%. As of today, there are 3,03,475 active cases in the state. The recovery rate in the state is 86.58% while the fatality rate in the state is 2.02%. Currently, 14,88,701 people are in-home quarantine and 15,644 people are in institutional quarantine.

Out of 1,91,92,750 laboratory samples 26,73,461 have been tested positive (13.93%) for COVID-19 until today.
