Coronavirus: 67,013 New Cases In Maharashtra, 568 Deaths
Mumbai, April 22, 2021: A total of 62,298 patients were discharged and 67,013 new Covid-19 cases were reported in Maharashtra today. Today, 568 COVID-19 deaths reported in the state, Case fatality rate in the state is 1.53%. The current count of COVID19 patients in the state of Maharashtra is 40,94,840 informed State Health Minister Rajesh Tope.
According to the health department, 33,30,747 patients have been cured while the Case fatality rate in the state is 1.53%. As of today, there are 6,99,858 active cases in the state. The recovery rate in the state is 81.34% while the fatality rate in the state is 1.53%. Currently 39,71,917 people are in home quarantine and 29,014 people are in institutional quarantine
Out of 2,48,95,986 laboratory samples 40,94,840 have been tested positive (16.45%) for COVID-19 until today
