Coronavirus : IT company’s office in Hinjawadi sealed

Pune, March 11, 2020: The third floor (IT-1) office of an IT company in Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park phase 1 in Hinjawadi, has been sealed after an employee was tested positive for Coronavirus.

The employee’s family members are also tested positive and all of them are undergoing treatment. She works as associate software developer.

“Because your safety and well-being remain our top priority, we want to share an important update relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We have learned that one of our people who works on the third floor in Tower A has been tested for coronavirus and is awaiting those test results. We also want to make you aware that out of an abundance of caution, the third floor in Tower A will be extensively cleaned in a process that is based on cleaning recommendations from public health experts. The third floor will be closed beginning on Wednesday, March 11, and will reopen once the cleaning process is complete. Common areas in Tower A will also be cleaned”, stated a message sent by the company to employees.
