CREDAI-Maha holds first ever “Famicon 2022” Convention for women realtors
Pune, 23rd August 2022: To promote women realtors’ work with a focus on their capabilities and changes they brought in the real estate sector, “Famicon-2022” was organized by the Women’s Wing of CREDAI-Maharashtra. It was the first of its kind convention in the country which spoke volumes about the success of Women realtors in this field.
About 225 women entrepreneurs from 62 cities participated in this convention. Prominently present were CREDAI National Chairman Satish Magar, Vice President Shantilal Kataria, CREDAI-Maharashtra President Sunil Furde, President Elect Pramod Khairnar, Convener of Women’s Wing of CREDAI-Maharashtra Sapna Rathi, Secretary Sunil Kotwal, Treasurer Shashikant Jiddimani, Vice President Ravi Kadge, Convenor of the Souvenir committee Anand Patil, Chairman Credai-Pune Metro Anil Farande.
On this occasion, prominent women achievers from the varied field addressed the gathering. Dr Vidya Yervadekar, Principal Director of Symbiosis Society, spoke on the topic of Women Leadership – Confidence Building & Tackling Pressure. She stressed the need for constant innovation and bringing in newness to the work. Mundane and monotonous work should be given away and more fresh ideas should be pumped in so that the entire team and the organization are benefited, she added.
Renowned politician Adv. Vandana Chavan, who created a distinct identity in the political field mentioned the need of embracing patience, persistence, studious attitude and humility to create one’s own existence in the male-dominated field. She urged the women realtors to develop these characteristics to surge ahead in careers and business.
Magar and Kataria enumerated the importance of women’s force in an organization. Everything is achievable from the agriculture field to space, so women should powerfully come forward and lead every new arena, they opined. IRS Sonal Sonakwade, and Director Kesari Tours Pvt Ltd – Jhelum Chaubal and Rachna Gupta also spoke on the occasion.
Later, outstanding women achievers- Deepali Gandhi, Ashwini Deshpande, Sapna Mirajkar, Aditi Sirsikar, Rashmi Joshi, Shweta Bharatiya, Sonal Pokharna and Jyoti Thakkar were felicitated for their outstanding work. An announcement on three new chapters of Women’s Wing was also made along with the release of souvenir.
