CREDAI Maharashtra receives overwhelming response at CREDAI’s Indian Property Show in Dubai

December 9, 2017:-The implementation of RERA has brought in a lot more transparency, uniformity and confidence among all stakeholders including the NRI consumers. Riding on the high wave, the CREDAI’s Indian Property Show being held in Dubai from 7th -9th December has seen a high visitor turnout while the inquiries and transactions registered at the exhibition indicate the upbeat mood. While Maharashtra received an overwhelming number of inquiries, Karnataka, Tamilnadu and Kerala also witnessed a great response.
“We are truly encouraged to see such a high turnout at the exhibition. Thousands of property buyers have thronged the exhibition in just the first two days of the show and we expect the third day to further boost the numbers. CREDAI Maharashtra itself has registered a great number of inquiries across the property types”, commented Mr. Kapil Gandhi, Executive Committee Member, CREDAI National on the immense response.
CREDAI’s first international exhibition of Indian properties features more than 200 reputed RERA approved builders from across India with 14 state-wise pavilions, showcasing thousands of properties from across 60 cities. State pavilions at the show include Gujarat, Maharashtra, Delhi-NCR, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Goa.
45 reputed real estate developers present at the Maharashtra pavilion of the exhibition include the likes of Nanded City, Indiabulls Real Estate, Kanakia, Lodha Group, Adani Realty, Rajesh LifeSpaces, Gera Developers, Rustomjee, Nyati Group, Paradise Group amongst others.
With the aim to educate, guide and inform buyers, the exhibition also conducted free seminars by property gurus on current property trends in India and the legal aspects of real-estate investment in India alongside Vaastu and interior seminars.
The popular amongst all remained the educative seminars by Mr. Shantilal Kataria, President- CREDAI Maharashtra which covered the important subject of RERA, its impact on property buyers, key provisions and salient features.
The event was inaugurated by H.E. Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of Dubai Land Department (DLD); H.E. Vipul, Indian Consul General to UAE; Dr. Arathi Krishna, Deputy Chairman, NRI Forum Karnataka, and Mr. Arbaaz Khan, Bollywood actor, producer and Indian Property Show brand ambassador in the presence of Mr Jaxay Shah, President, CREDAI National; Mr. GetambarAnand, Chairman CREDAI National, Mr. Vipul Thakkar, Chairman, International Exhibition CREDAI, Rohit Modi Secretary CREDAI National, Mr. Shantilal Kataria, President – Credai Maharashtra, Mr. Aditya Javdekar, Convenor CREDAI National Youth Wing and other top CREDAI dignitaries.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, CREDAI also organized the Smart India Realty Meet & Awards Ceremony to acknowledge the leading developers and Government Institutions in UAE and India. Banks, Dubai Land Department and UAE Channel partners showed their support by gathering at the conference and awards ceremony. Hundreds of UAE based HNIs attended the event and showed immense interest in investment in Indian real estate.
CREDAI’s Indian Property Show also featured a Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum to address the various property-related issues faced by NRIs. The forum provided visitors a platform to register a complaint against CREDAI member developer whereas effectively protecting consumer rights against any sort of unscrupulous practices.
