CTET 2023 January Session: Central Teacher Eligibility Test Applications Open Until November 23

New Delhi, 11th November 2023: The registration process for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) January 2024 session is currently underway, as announced by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Interested candidates can submit their registration forms on the official website ctet.nic.in until 23rd November. Aspiring candidates are advised to apply promptly through the official website.

For candidates applying for Paper, I and II of the CTET exam in the General/OBC (NCL) category, the examination fee is set at ₹1000. Meanwhile, those applying for both Paper I and II will be required to pay ₹1200 as the examination fee. Additionally, for SC/ST candidates, the examination fee for CTET is ₹500 for either Paper I or Paper II, and for both papers, the fee is ₹600.

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by the CBSE, is scheduled for 21st January 2024 and will be held in two sessions. Provisional answer keys will be released shortly after the exam, allowing candidates to estimate their scores. Candidates will also have the chance to raise objections.

Candidates interested in applying for the CTET exam need to visit the official website ctet.nic.in. Once there, they should navigate to the “Apply Online” link and fill out the online application form. Upload scanned images and signatures as required. Payment of the fee can be made through debit/credit cards or net banking. Finally, candidates should take a printout of the completed form for future reference.
