EPFO Akurdi Pune II Organises Webinar On Prayaas Scheme

Pune, 12th October 2022: The EPFO Akurdi Pune II organised a Webinar on 12th October under the guidance of Manoj T Mane Regional PF Commissioner II, Rajendra Banajwade Account Officer, Alok Kumar, and the team of Pf Officials regarding “PRAYAAS SCHEME” – a new initiative undertaken by EPFO.

The Prayaas scheme is an endeavour of the EPFO to release the employee’s pension amount, i.e. PF (Provident Fund) amount, on the day of their superannuation. The purpose of these webinars is to educate the members of the EPS 1995 and their employers so that they can submit pension claims completed in every respect, and EPFO can issue PPO on the day of superannuation to such members.

In this webinar, information is shared with all those subscribers who are superannuated from their service in the current month for filing their pension claim and its process so that EPFO can settle their claim and release their pensionary benefit in the same retiring month and solve their query regarding the filing of pension claims. During this webinar, the process of filing e-nomination, Aadhaar Seeding and KYC update, and spreading awareness among all the stakeholders/subscribers for the benefit of the same in the future was also discussed.
