Fatal accident on Pune-Solapur National Highway in Uruli Kanchan, one dead and four injured
Pune, 17th February 2023: One person died and four others were injured in a three-vehicle accident on the Pune-Solapur National Highway in Uruli Kanchan.
The incident occurred at 5 am today when a container heading towards Pune collided with another container coming from behind between Elite Chowk and Talwadi Chowk. The impact caused the container to hit a four-wheeler parked towards Solapur, resulting in the death of one person who could not be identified. The other three vehicles were extensively damaged in the accident.
The injured were taken to a hospital in Uruli Kanchan for treatment. The Loni Kalbhor police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
