First Leader From Pune To Join Eknath Shinde’s Faction Of Shivsena After Split Resigns
Pune 14th Sept 2023: Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has received a major setback in Pune after the first leader who joined his faction from the district and officially announced it has resigned. Rajabhau Bhillare, the deputy leader of Shivsena’s Pune district who has been working with the party’s medical cell for a long time resigned on Wednesday. After resigning Bhillare said that he cannot work under restrictions and hence decided to resign.
Bhillare was the first party worker from Pune to officially announce support to Eknath Shinde when he decided to split and went to Guwahati in Assam with MLAs. The Shivsena workers who were supporting Uddhav Thackeray had even vandalised his office in the city after he officially announced his support to Eknath Shinde. He has been working with the medical cell of the party and was also working with the Shrikant Shinde Foundation.
