Five Vehicles Involved In An Accident At Khandala Ghat On Expressway; No Casualties Reported
Khopoli, 25th November 2022: An accident involving five vehicles has taken place on the Mumbai Pune Expressway near km 38 at Khandala Ghat around 9.30 today morning (November 25). The accident took place when a speeding truck hit the passenger vehicles in front of the Mumbai lane. The truck driver who ran away after the accident has been detained by the highway police.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in the accident, but some drivers suffered minor injuries. However, the vehicles have suffered major damage in accidents. Traffic was disrupted for some time after the accident. After all the vehicles were pulled over and the traffic returned to normal.
