Former Pune Zilla Parishad Member Urges Nitin Gadkari to Prioritize DP Road Construction in Wagholi
Wagholi, 13th May 2024L Rambhau Dabhade, a former member of the Pune Zilla Parishad, has urged Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India Nitin Gadkari to prioritize the construction of DP roads in Wagholi, Pune.
The area faces severe traffic congestion, making it a pressing issue for residents. DP roads were sanctioned in Wagholi as a solution back in 1994, running parallel to Pune Nagar Road.
Constructing these DP roads would significantly alleviate Wagholi’s traffic woes. Former Zilla Parishad member Ramdas Dabhade has called on Union Minister Gadkari to expedite the completion of these roads by issuing necessary directives to the concerned departments.
Rambhau Dabhade, Former Pune Zilla Parishad Member, emphasized, “We’ve formally requested Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar to allocate funds for the construction of an approved trauma care unit building on 3.5 acres of government land in group no.1119 and 1123 in Wagholi.”
